    Complaint from Downingtown, PA

Do not use, under any circumstances! They performed an unnecessary procedure on our border collie permanently disfiguring him. She showed absolutely no remorse. We filed a complaint with the state licensure board, she was fined and ordered to take remedial courses in Veterinary Ethics and business practices.
